FAQs
What is covered under the Assure membership?
Assure memberships covers everyday damage like scratches up to 60mm, pressure dents up to 60mm, bumper scrapes up to 500mm, alloy wheel scuffs, mirror scrapes, and even stone chips. (Please note the sizes are starting guidelines, and where possible, we will fix damages larger than size limits if we can guarantee customer satisfaction.)
All of these are delivered with no call out fee or further excess.

Where are your workshops and car washes?
Assure Workshops: we don’t have one, we are a mobile fleet!
Being mobile, we can service Australia-wide. We will come to the location at your convenience, eg. your home or workplace.
All we need is a private place to work (i.e not on the street or public carparks) with access to power.

Do the plans fix existing damage?
No, these plans exclude existing damages. Any eligible* existing damage at the time you join can be quoted for repair by us so your car starts the membership in top shape. After that, your ongoing scratch and dent repair needs are covered under the fixed pricing of your plan.

Will scratch and dent repair affect my insurance?
No. One of the biggest advantages of Assure membership is that you avoid making small claims through your insurance, which often increase your premiums. With predictable pricing and quick fixes, you can keep your car looking great without involving your insurer.
Can I cancel anytime?
Our plans have a 6 months term. After 6 months, you will be invited to auto-renew for 6 months or stop your membership.
If you sell your vehicle, we will move the remaining time on your plan to your new car.
Is there a joining fee?
No joining fee applies. Simply join up, start washing or call us out when you need a repair.
Does this cover all my cars?
No, unfortunately not as each plan is registered to one vehicle registration only.
We do offer multi-vehicle discounts though so please enquire with us.
